MODERN WILDFLOWER SEED MIXES
Bury Hill Modern Wildflower Seed Mixtures are known as ‘Colour Splash’ and comprise a selection of specially blended modern seed mixtures including perennial, annual and biennial seed mixes.
The development of the seed mixtures started over ten years ago in Loir-et-Chet, a department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France, renowned for its wildflowers. As the name suggests, ‘Colour Splash’ has been designed to create beautiful, coloured plantings and meadows and these exciting colourful seed mixtures are a remarkably simple way of brightening up the dullest landscape areas. The vibrant, colourful flowers also create a valuable refuge for wildlife, producing a rich and varied source of food for small mammals as well as bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects which thrive on the natural abundance of pollen and nectar.

The Colour Splash range of seed mixes have been specifically designed for use in Domestic, Amenity and General Landscape Areas and are extremely easy to sow and germinate and are available in a wide array of flower and colour mixtures.
Colour Splash is available in nine (9) exciting colour and flower mixtures. A number of these seed mixes are packed in sealed ‘Air Tight’ 400 gram, easy to open metal cans, which covers between 200m2 and 300m2, but our CS5, CS6, CS7 & CS9 mixes are packed in 1kg bags respectively and CS8 is packed in 500g bags.
Alternatively, for larger seeding areas we offer a 4kg bag a number of our seed mixes.
