The e-mails confirming progress of the order were particularly helpful. The product is very good quality (as far as I can tell by looking at it) with very low stone content. Our logs were delivered several weeks ahead of schedule, the driver offered to take them away again, but it wasn't necessary, he was great and successfully managed to negotiate the scaffolding that we have up, whilst also avoiding our neighbours path.
