Our High Permeability Bioretention Soil (T) is specifically designed for nature-based SuDS Bio Retention projects, including basins, swales, and trenches that require a high permeability rate. This soil features a predominance of medium sand (0.25-0.50 mm) and a lower proportion of coarse sand (0.50-1.0 mm), ensuring fast drainage of 405mm/hr.

Achieving the desired high permeability means that organic matter and nitrogen levels are on the lower side. Depending on your project's requirements, you may want to consider appropriate amendments to enhance these factors.
