20mm Blue Slate

Bury Hill Blue Slate 20mm is a natural chipping derived from Welsh Slate quarries. Also known as Welsh Slate, it has colour hues ranging between Blue, Grey and Plum depending on the slate veins being worked.  Our 20mm Blue Slate is utilised in numerous landscaping applications including use in and around water features and is ideal for dressing beds and borders as well as creating paths and patio areas as the flat 5-30mm chippings lock together creating a flat comfortable walking surface.
Slate chippings are not suitable for use on driveways as vehicle movements will crush the slate chippings down over time.
